If you are looking for a venue with which to publish your academic work, our curated and regularly updated list of our fields' scholarly Open Acces journals might be a good place to start. In alphabetical order you will find basic information of journals with OA options that are run by trusted institutions and publishers. We hope that our list will simplify the process of finding a suitable publication. Let us know if you'd like to suggest a journal for inclusion. 

More general Open Access information for authors has been collected by open-access.network who have also written a checklist to discern the quality of an Open Access publication (in German). The website ThinkCheckSubmit.org offers a checklist in English with which to identify trustworthy journals.
